The following terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") govern your access to and use of the Site (including without limitation your purchase of products from this Site). By accessing, viewing, or using the content, material, or services available on or through this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions, and that you agree to them and intend to be legally bound by them. 1. Informational Purposes Only. The information on this Site is for informational purposes only. Any and all controversies and claims arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions, including without limitation the breach thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted before a panel of three (3) neutral arbitrators, all of whom shall be selected from a panel of persons having experience with and knowledge of commercial activities conducted over the Internet, and at least one of the arbitrators selected will be an attorney.
